Components
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
- 1/2 of a banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup plain 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1 scoop protein powder of your alternative (we advise Vanilla)
Instructions
Mix all components in a blender and mix till easy.
