Ikkis: ‘You are By no means Too Younger To Change The World’

Sriram Raghavan’s Ikkis tells the story of India’s youngest Param Vir Chakra awardee, Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, who was simply 21 on the time of the 1971 Indo-Pakistani conflict.
