Elements

  • 4 (10-inch) 100% whole-grain tortillas
  • 1/2 cup canned whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 12 skinny slices low sodium deli turkey breast
  • 2 medium tomatoes, halved and sliced
  • 12 small lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese, halved

Instructions

Lay out 1 tortilla on a big plate, and microwave for 10–20 seconds. This can soften it, making it simpler so that you can roll.

Unfold 2 tbsp cranberry sauce within the heart of the tortilla wrap. Layer turkey slices, tomatoes, lettuce leaves and cheese on the wrap. Depart 1–2 inches on the perimeters of the tortilla.

To create your roll-up, fold within the sides of your tortilla, then tightly roll towards the highest.
